About

LaTasha Norris MSW, LSWAIC

Hello, my name is LaTasha Norris, and I am a Licensed Social Work Associate in the state of Washington with over a decade of experience in mental health and social services. I earned my Master of Science in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University, where my passion for compassionate, client-centered care was deeply shaped. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents, offering individual, couples, family, and group counseling tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

For the past five years, I have had the honor of supporting youth and adults impacted by or at risk of human trafficking and sexual exploitation, which has strengthened my commitment to trauma-informed, healing-centered care. My approach integrates evidence-based practices, including trauma-informed care, attachment theory, strength-based perspectives, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral strategies. I believe that each person is the expert of their own story, and therapy is a collaborative partnership grounded in safety, trust, and respect. Together, we will focus on your strengths, build coping skills, and work toward healing, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.
